Yummy Stawberry Short cake

Crazy Dessert feeling.. Easy Peasy Stawberry Short cake. Ingredients: • 3 cups all-purpose flour • ¼ cup white sugar • 4 teaspoons baking powder • ¾ teaspoon cream of  • 1 cup butter • ⅔ cup heavy cream • 1 egg, beaten • 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries • 3 tablespoons white sugar Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Step 2 In a large bowl, mix flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and cream of tartar. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives. Stir in cream and egg. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 2 minutes. Press into a half-inch thick sheet. Cut into squares. Place on baking sheets. Step 3 Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes, or until golden. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons sugar over sliced berries. Step 4 Let shortcakes cool before splitting and filling with sugared berries. Craving for desserts.. Finally baked these Super easy Golden beauties.. Semolina Mango muffins.. To be served at room temperature..shelf life not known ..if you can really manage to store. Semolina Mango  Cake     Ingredients needed    Fine Semolina/Fine rava -1 cup    Mango Pulp – 1 cup (thick) I used canned pulp which has sugar so reduced the quantity of sugar to 1/4 cup    White Sugar – 3/4 – 1 cup    Oil – 1/4 cup any flavourless oil    Cinnamon powder – 1/2 tsp    Baking powder – 3/4 tsp    Chopped nuts / I used dried cranberries– 1/3 cup (optional) Preparation  Make sure to use fine rava or you can grind the upma rava to a fine texture (not powder) and used it to make this cake. Powder sugar and keep it ready. If you prefer it too sweet, you may add 1 cup of sugar. It also depends on the sweetness of the mangoes.  Sliver almonds and pistachio and keep it ready.(optional)  Grease and flour the baking tin or tart shells or muffin moulds as you usually do when baking cakes or line t
